A place for ALL of you to be seen and held.

A place where shame no longer has control.

Who & Why

Wandering Heart Collective was dreamed into being by Katie Holz as a way to weave together a network of trusted, like-hearted practitioners across California. Born from a vision of connection, reciprocity, and care, our collective is grounded in shared values, relational depth, and a commitment to experiential, trauma-informed healing. Together, we hold space for transformation.

While each of us works independently in our own practices, we come together for consultation, and collaboration. And, just as importantly, for connection and play. By working together, we ensure that those seeking support can be matched with practitioners who truly understand their needs and offer care that is thoughtful, informed, and deeply attuned.

In our work together, we would move at a pace that feels safe while we gently make sense of what you have lived through. I pay close attention to your body, emotions, and nervous system, helping you notice patterns of fight, flight, freeze, or fawn without shame. Using relational, somatic, and trauma-informed approaches, we build enough stability to touch painful memories without getting overwhelmed, and we create new experiences of being accompanied instead of alone. Over time, this can soften hypervigilance, deepen self trust, and make more room for connection, rest, and choice in your life.

To be lost is to be fully present, and to be fully present is to be capable of being in uncertainty and mystery.”
