BEGIN YOUR WELLNESS JOURNEY.
Our Work
Therapy is not about fixing what is broken; it is about making contact—with yourself, with the parts of you that have been left behind, and with what is asking to be seen. At Wandering Heart Collective, our work is experiential, relational, and rooted in the present moment.
Whether through deep somatic processing, psychedelic integration, relational exploration, or practical support, we offer a space to engage with what arises, not as something to be managed, but as something to be understood. There is no single path, no formula for transformation. There is only the work of turning toward, making contact, and allowing something new to emerge.
Find What’s right for you
Individual Options
Therapy is a process of turning toward—toward what has been avoided, toward what has been felt but not named. Using relational, somatic, and trauma-informed approaches, we explore the patterns that shape your experience, the emotions that have been stored in the body, and the ways you have learned to protect yourself. We do not impose solutions; we follow what emerges, making space for what has been long held in silence.
-
Trauma is not only a memory; it is an unfinished experience that continues to live in the nervous system. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy designed to help reprocess distressing experiences so they are no longer stuck in survival mode.
EMDR does not require retelling your trauma in detail. Instead, through bilateral stimulation (eye movements, tapping, or sound), we work directly with the brain’s natural processing system to loosen entrenched emotional responses, reduce distress, and integrate past experiences in a new way. Whether you are navigating PTSD, anxiety, or self-limiting patterns, EMDR allows us to move beyond insight and into a felt experience of relief and resolution.
-
Ketamine offers a unique window into expanded awareness and neuroplasticity, allowing for a loosening of rigid patterns and access to material that may feel unreachable in ordinary states of consciousness. When held with care, ketamine-assisted therapy can help process trauma, shift entrenched emotional patterns, and reconnect with a sense of meaning and presence. Our approach is grounded in relational and somatic work, ensuring that what emerges in the medicine session is integrated and made usable in your life.
Psychedelic Somatic Interactional Psychotherapy (PSIP) is a cutting-edge, body-based approach to trauma healing and personal growth that integrates the transformative potential of psychedelics with somatic (body-centered) psychotherapy. Unlike traditional psychedelic therapies, PSIP works without the use of high-dose psychedelics and instead focuses on evoking non-ordinary states of consciousness through low-dose or sub-psychedelic use of medicines (Cannabis and/or Ketamine). This allows clients to access deep layers of their psyche and nervous system in a grounded and relational setting, fostering profound healing and integration.
-
Non-ordinary states of consciousness—whether through ketamine, psychedelic medicine, or spontaneous altered states—can open the door to deep transformation. But the experience itself is only part of the process. Psychedelic work is not about seeking transcendence; it is about engaging with what surfaces, integrating what is revealed, and allowing those insights to take root in embodied life. Whether you are preparing for a medicine journey, working with Psychedelic Somatic Interactional Psychotherapy (PSIP), or seeking to process a past experience, we provide a grounded and relational space to support this work.
-
Trauma is not just a story; it is an experience stored in the body—in sensation, breath, and patterns of contraction and expansion. Through somatic therapy we attend to trauma as it exists in the present—not just as a memory, but as an active process that influences how you engage with the world. This is not about talking through the past but about allowing the body to complete what was interrupted, to shift from survival into presence.
-
Loss is an inevitable part of the human experience. Loss can look like the death of a loved one, receiving a life altering medical diagnosis, a relationship ending, bearing witness to a loved one’s health declining, job loss, the list goes on. And yet, grieving and coping with a loss can feel SO isolating. We all deserve to have a space to process our emotions, grieve, and reconcile the life we knew from the life before us. Ultimately, grief and loss are about living - what happens when we love and live fully.
-
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a compassionate, non-pathologizing approach to therapy that helps you understand and heal the different “parts” of yourself. It is based on the idea that we all have an inner system of parts, each with its own thoughts, emotions, and roles—such as protectors, exiles, and wounded inner children.
Rather than trying to suppress or “fix” parts that feel difficult, IFS helps you develop a relationship with them, fostering self-awareness, healing, and internal harmony. At the core of this work is your Self—a calm, compassionate presence that can lead and integrate these parts toward healing. By engaging with them rather than resisting them, IFS supports deep emotional processing, trauma healing, and personal transformation.
-
Recovery is not about abstinence alone—it is about reclaiming connection to yourself, to others, and to what feels meaningful. Whether you are navigating substance use, addictive patterns, or mental health challenges, our approach to recovery is relational and integrative. We focus on harm reduction, self-inquiry, nervous system regulation, and deepening a sense of self-trust. Recovery Support is not about following a prescribed path; it is about discovering what supports your healing, resilience, and ability to engage with life on your own terms.
-
For those navigating complex health systems, mental health care, and multidisciplinary treatment teams, managing care can feel overwhelming. We offer case management and recovery coaching services to help you.
We help coordinate care among providers, ensuring that your therapists, psychiatrists, medical doctors, and alternative healers are aligned in their approach. We assist in navigating treatment options, helping you understand what is available and what best fits your needs. We also provide advocacy within the system, whether that means finding the right resources, addressing barriers to care, or asserting your needs in medical and mental health settings.
The process of healing does not happen in isolation, and sometimes the greatest challenge is simply getting the support you need. We are here to help make that process more accessible, intentional, and aligned with your well-being.
Group Options
Many of us have moved through life feeling alone in our experience—believing that our pain is something personal, something shameful, something to be hidden. But healing happens in relationship. In group work, relational process, and attachment-based exploration, we offer a space to engage with others in a way that is both safe and challenging—where old patterns of isolation, avoidance, or over-adaptation can be seen and explored in real time. Group work is not about performing connection; it is about learning, through experience, what it is to be met.

Discover Connection, Healing, and Transformation in a Group Setting
Our Ketamine-Assisted Therapy (KAP) Group, led by Katie & Rachel is a carefully designed, five-session journey that combines the transformative potential of ketamine with the power of shared connection. This unique therapeutic experience supports participants in exploring their inner worlds while fostering a safe, supportive group environment where healing is co-created.
Whether you're navigating trauma, seeking emotional growth, or curious about psychedelic-assisted therapy, this group offers a structured and intentional container for deep exploration and connection with others who share similar paths.
What to Expect
The group consists of 10 participants and takes place over the course of five sessions, blending non-medicine and medicine sessions for a comprehensive healing experience.
The Four-Step Process of KAP:
Patient Selection: Every participant is carefully assessed to ensure ketamine-assisted therapy is a safe and appropriate option.
Patient Preparation: The first session is a non-medicine meeting where we build rapport, establish group safety, and set intentions for the journey ahead.
The Medicine Sessions: Participants engage in three medicine sessions that progressively deepen the experience, starting with a low dose and culminating in a full-dose, dissociative journey.
Follow-Up Care: The final session focuses on integration—processing insights and grounding the transformational work into daily life.
Session Breakdown
Session 1: Preparation and Group Building (Non-Medicine)
In this 90-minute session, we’ll get to know each other, establish a safe and supportive group environment, and discuss expectations for the journey ahead. Together, we’ll co-create a space of connection and trust, where all experiences are welcome and respected.Session 2: Low-Dose Medicine Experience
This 3-hour session begins with an opening ritual and sharing circle (45 minutes) followed by a low-dose ketamine experience. Participants hold the lozenge in their mouths for 15 minutes during a guided meditation and then explore their inner worlds for approximately 45 minutes. This session gently opens the heart, reduces inhibitions, and helps the group bond, laying the groundwork for deeper therapeutic work. Afterward, we’ll come together for sharing and connection over a community potluck meal.Session 3: Moderate-Dose Medicine Experience
Building on the previous session, this 3-hour moderate-dose experience invites participants into deeper exploration. You are encouraged to follow your own process—whether that means connecting with facilitators or peers to remain grounded or diving deeper into your inner landscape. This session begins to introduce the more profound and immersive aspects of psychedelic healing.Session 4: High-Dose Medicine Experience
In this 3-hour session, participants take a high dose of ketamine, allowing for full dissociation and profound inner exploration. This is often where participants experience the most transformative insights as they journey into personal inner space. When ready, participants rejoin the group to share and integrate their experiences.Session 5: Integration and Closing Ritual (Non-Medicine)
In this 90-minute final session, we’ll process the insights gained from the medicine sessions and explore ways to integrate these discoveries into your life. This session is also a time to reflect on the group experience, celebrate the journey, and close with intention and connection. Why Group Therapy for KAP?
While individual KAP sessions are powerful, the group model offers unique benefits that deepen and expand the healing process:
Connection and Belonging: Sharing the journey with others who face similar challenges fosters a profound sense of connection and reduces feelings of isolation.
Group Support: Witnessing others’ courage and growth can inspire your own healing, while sharing your story in a safe space can be incredibly affirming.
Expanded Healing: The collective energy of the group enhances the therapeutic benefits of KAP, providing opportunities for growth that may not arise in individual therapy.
When safety and trust are co-created within the group, participants often experience healing that feels more expansive, supported, and connected.

Ketamine-Assisted Therapy Group for Health Professionals: Reconnect, Renew, and Heal
A Transformative Space for Healers to Heal
As health professionals, you dedicate your life to caring for others. But the weight of burnout, compassion fatigue, and the constant demands of your role can leave you feeling disconnected—from yourself, your purpose, and even the joy that brought you to your work in the first place.
Our Ketamine-Assisted Therapy (KAP) Group for Health Professionals, led by Katie and Rachel is designed specifically for those in the healing professions who are seeking their own space for renewal, exploration, and connection. This unique therapeutic experience combines the transformative power of ketamine with the support of a group of peers who understand the pressures and sacrifices of your work.
We will co-create a safe, supportive environment, where you’ll have the opportunity to reconnect with yourself, process the weight you’ve been carrying, and explore new pathways for healing and growth.
What to Expect
This group consists of 10 health professionals and takes place over five sessions that include both non-medicine preparation and integration sessions as well as medicine sessions. Each step is carefully designed to support your unique healing process, creating a space to explore, release, and renew.
The Four-Step Process of KAP for Burnout Recovery
Patient Selection: Participants are carefully screened to ensure that ketamine-assisted therapy is a safe and appropriate fit.
Patient Preparation: The group begins with a non-medicine session to establish connection, set intentions, and create a collaborative sense of safety.
The Medicine Sessions: Over the course of three medicine sessions, participants experience progressively deeper ketamine journeys, beginning with a low dose to build trust and culminating in a high-dose, full-dissociative experience for profound healing.
Follow-Up Care: The final session is a space for integration, grounding the insights gained from the medicine journeys into daily life.
Session Breakdown
Session 1: Preparation and Building Connection (Non-Medicine)
The journey begins with a 90-minute preparation session where we’ll get to know each other, build trust within the group, and co-create a sense of safety. This is an opportunity to reflect on what brought you to this group and set your intentions for the experience.Session 2: Low-Dose Medicine Experience
This 3-hour session starts with a 45-minute opening ritual and sharing circle, where participants connect with one another and prepare for the ketamine experience. A low-dose ketamine lozenge is administered, accompanied by a guided meditation to support gentle exploration. This dose is designed to reduce inhibitions, open the heart, and foster connection among the group. After approximately 45 minutes of inner exploration, we come together for a community potluck meal and time to share and process insights.Session 3: Moderate-Dose Medicine Experience
In this 3-hour session, participants are guided into a deeper ketamine experience. The moderate dose invites more profound introspection while still allowing participants to remain connected to the group if they wish. You are encouraged to follow your own process—whether that means connecting with facilitators or peers for grounding or exploring deeper inner landscapes.Session 4: High-Dose Medicine Experience
In this culminating 3-hour session, participants receive a high dose of ketamine, offering a full-dissociative experience. This is often where participants encounter profound insights, clarity, or release. You’ll have the freedom to reenter the group space at your own pace and share your experience as you feel ready.Session 5: Integration and Closing Ritual (Non-Medicine)
This final 90-minute session focuses on integration—helping participants process the insights from the medicine sessions and explore how to weave them into daily life. This is also a time to reflect on the journey, honor the connections made, and celebrate the steps taken toward renewal and healing. Why This Group Is Specifically for Health Professionals
Burnout among health professionals is at an all-time high. The constant demands, high-stakes decision-making, and emotional weight of caring for others can leave little time or space to care for yourself.
While individual therapy is beneficial, the group model offers unique benefits for professionals:
Shared Understanding: Being with others who “get it” fosters an unparalleled sense of connection and validation.
Healing in Community: Witnessing others’ courage and growth inspires your own healing, while sharing your story in a safe space reduces feelings of isolation.
Restorative Connection: Burnout often stems from disconnection—from your purpose, yourself, and others. This group helps rebuild those bridges.
When facilitated with care, ketamine-assisted therapy in a group setting can provide a profound sense of release, renewal, and hope.
The Role of Ketamine in Healing Burnout
Ketamine works by creating a temporary state of neuroplasticity, allowing you to explore emotions, patterns, and thoughts in a new way. For health professionals experiencing burnout, ketamine-assisted therapy can:
Reduce the intensity of emotional overwhelm and exhaustion.
Create space for reflection, insight, and reconnection with purpose.
Foster a sense of hope, possibility, and inner peace.
Combined with the healing power of a group, ketamine therapy becomes a tool for profound transformation and renewal.

Ketamine and other psychedelic experiences can open profound therapeutic windows, but without integration, insights may feel fleeting, emotions overwhelming, or the experience difficult to make sense of.
At Wandering Heart Collective, Katie & Rachel offer experiential, relational, and somatic-based integration groups to help you process, embody, and apply your experiences in a meaningful way.
What to Expect
Our 12-week closed-cohort groups (6–10 participants) provide a structured, supportive space for integration through somatic practices, collective sharing, and creative exploration. Sessions are 90 minutes weekly, co-facilitated by trained psychedelic therapists, and focus on deepening self-awareness and making contact with the unconscious through experiential work.
Phase 1: Foundation & Connection (Weeks 1–3)This phase focuses on establishing trust, group cohesion, and shared intentions. Participants will explore foundational integration practices, engage in somatic awareness exercises, and begin creative self-reflection. Grounding techniques and nervous system regulation will be introduced to support a safe and connected space.
Phase 2: Deepening the Process (Weeks 4–8)This phase invites participants to engage more fully with their inner landscape. Through facilitated discussions, somatic exploration, and creative expression, they will navigate personal themes, emotional processing, and embodied awareness. The emphasis is on developing insight, working with challenges, and recognizing patterns that arise in the integration journey.
Phase 3: Embodiment & Integration (Weeks 9–12)The final phase supports participants in anchoring their insights into daily life. Sessions will focus on creating personalized integration practices, exploring creative outlets for self-expression, and developing strategies for sustained well-being. The program will conclude with a reflective and celebratory session to honor each participant’s journey.
Why Integration Matters

Couples Options
Couples therapy is a process of turning toward one another—toward what’s been misunderstood, unspoken, or pushed aside in the relationship. Using relational and emotionally focused approaches, we explore the patterns that keep you disconnected, the underlying emotions that drive conflict, and the protective strategies each of you has learned to survive. We don’t assign blame or force solutions; instead, we slow down together, creating space to make contact, rebuild trust, and rediscover the connection beneath the conflict.
-
The Gottman Method is a research-based approach to couples therapy developed by Drs. John and Julie Gottman. Grounded in decades of clinical research, this method focuses on strengthening the foundation of friendship, improving communication, and managing conflict in healthy, productive ways.
Couples learn tools to build emotional connection, deepen intimacy, and repair ruptures when they occur. Through structured exercises and real-time practice, the Gottman Method supports partners in rebuilding trust, increasing respect, and fostering lasting relationship satisfaction.
-
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) is a powerful, evidence-based model that helps couples understand and transform the emotional patterns that keep them stuck. Rooted in attachment theory, EFT views conflict as a signal of unmet emotional needs, not a failure of the relationship.
In EFT, couples are guided to identify core emotions, express their needs vulnerably, and respond to one another with empathy and care. The goal is to create a secure, loving bond—where each partner feels seen, valued, and safe to be fully themselves.
